A bestseller, the Xpelair DX100 is a cost-effective, compact and easy-to install single speed extractor fan that is suitable for a wide range of domestic applications including bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets including zones 1 & 2.

It is also suitable for commercial applications such as hotel bathrooms, office toilets and other small rooms. This model, the DX100 (manufacturer’s code: 90839AW) is the 100 mm (4 inch) standard model and is IP X5 rated and BEAB approved. The maximum fan performance is 21 l/s.

The DX 100 comes with a softly curved flow line grille design with will blend into wall or ceiling décor, whilst the shallow depth of the outlet spigot ensures compact window installation.

Also included is a universal mounting kit (wall tube, gasket x2, outer grille, skirt moulding for window). The well thought-out design incorporates an air operated backdraught shutter (to reduce energy loss), outer grille and ducting.

The grille simply clips off for easy cleaning and the DX100 has a lubricated-for-life motor and thermal cut-out protection for you peace of mind.
