Product Overview

The Vent Axia VA100XHT is an 18W bathroom or toilet extractor fan with pre-settable integral auto-humidity control, adjustable electronic overrun timer, thermo-electric shutter and an indication light  and can be mounted on a panel, wall or window.

This extractor fan is suitable for ambient temperatures up to +40°C and is fitted with ball bearing motors for installation at any angle.


The V100 range from Vent Axia is designed for domestic bathrooms and toilets; is finished in white and includes an indication light.

There are versions available with options incorporating a pullcord, a thermally operated back-draught shutter, a timer with an adjustable overrun time (5-30 minutes) and with sensors and auto mode controllers to save energy by switching the extractor fan on only when needed and when the room is occupied.

The VA100XHT is IPX4 rated and protected against water (dripping vertical, dripping slanted, spraying, splashing, immersion) and meets and exceeds the Building Regulation (Document F) requirements of 15 l/s (litres per second) for domestic bathrooms with integral toilets.
