Product Overview
The CP Electronics GESM Surface Mounted PIR Presence Detector is a high-performance lighting control unit designed for precise occupancy detection and energy efficiency. Using passive infrared (PIR) technology, it senses movement within a defined detection area and automatically controls connected lighting loads. The unit is surface-mounted for ease of installation and includes a manual push button input for local override when required.
With adjustable time delay and lux sensitivity settings, the GESM can be tailored to suit specific applications, ensuring lighting is only active when required and ambient light levels are insufficient. This makes it ideal for corridors, stairwells, offices, storage areas, and other environments where automatic control maximises energy savings without compromising convenience.
