There are many governments that have already jumped on the bandwagon to putting an end to incandescent light bulbs. Many places have clearly gone to incandescent light bulbs as a better means to light their surroundings, either voluntarily or by legislative purposes. Most countries have either already changed over to the fluorescent style bulbs or are in the process of changing over.

In the United States, Congress has just passed a new law that will put and end to regular light bulbs and call for bulbs by the year 2014. to be 25 to 35 percent more efficient that bulbs have been in the past. By using the fluorescent, halogen or LED light bulbs, you may be able to save as much as five dollars off your yearly total energy bill, for each one you install. Sounds like pretty good savings can be had and there is no reason you should not be replacing your light bulbs sooner rather than later.

Fluorescent bulbs are overall more efficient than other bulbs and should be considered as the main stay for all you’re lighting needs. They will not just save us money, but will also curb the need for fewer plants powered by coal. There will also be a major reduction in carbon emissions on a yearly basis and that spells great relief for our planet as well. Imagine how much energy can be saved, when the whole world has totally changed over to the new lighting and not to mention how much our earth will be thanking us for it.

While others are just starting to approach the subject of how fluorescent light bulbs can save money, energy and the environment, you could be well on your way to doing all three. By simply changing all the regular bulbs in your home, you can start to reap the rewards way ahead of many. The bulbs may seem a bit expensive at first, but you will soon see that your new bulbs will more than pay for themselves in the lowered energy bills you will receive, not to mention their long life durability.

1. Each LED bulbs lasts an average of 100,000 hours (or about ten years).

2. LED bulbs withstand shocks, vibrations, frequent switching and temperature extremes that rapidly incapacitate fragile incandescent lamps.

3. LED bulbs are 10 to 50 times more energy-efficient, thus reducing your operating costs by up to 90%.

4. LED’s produce sharp, vibrant colours… even pure white. Response times are 100 to 1,000 times faster than incandescent bulbs so there’s no flicker — just pure dramatic light.

5. LED bulbs are closer to the colour of daylight — which new studies suggest is good for staying alert.

6. Versatility. Every day, LED’s are replacing incandescent lamps all around the world. The only limit is your imagination.

LED light bulbs give off directional light, so the light goes where you aim it. LED bulbs are closer to the colour of daylight — which new studies suggest is good for staying alert. LED light bulbs can replace standard fluorescent or halogen light bulbs (led lights).

The bright, white LED light produced by LED Light Bulbs works especially well for task lighting and reading light. LED’s not only produce light more efficiently, they also have a tiny mirror that reflects light in one direction. A more directed light means less wasted light which can be ideal for caravans, led torches & backlighting.

Lifespan:

Bright LED signs ! Super bright 8mm wide-angled LED’s giving excellent daytime visibility, tested with up to 100,000 hours lifespan and controlled with the very latest advanced microchip power management.

Power Saving:

1. A normal light bulb wastes up to 80% of its energy through heat, a 40watt light bulb could be replaced with an equivalent light producing 4 watt led bulb, power saving.

2. The power saving is 1/10 that of a traditional bulb

3. Brightness is 2-3 times brighter than the traditional bulb

4. By 2027, LED lighting could cut annual energy use by the equivalent of 500 million barrels of oil, with the attendant reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide, the gas believed to be responsible for global warming.
