There are many governments that have already jumped on the bandwagon to putting an end to incandescent light bulbs. Many places have clearly gone to incandescent light bulbs as a better means to light their surroundings, either voluntarily or by legislative purposes. In the United States, Congress has just passed a new law that will put and end to regular light bulbs and call for bulbs by the year 2014. to be 25 to 35 percent more efficient that bulbs have been in the past.
