We use DPD Couriers for the vast majority of our parcels delivered on a Next Working Day Delivery service.

DPD offer us a number of fantastic advantages in that they take the time to notify you of a one hour delivery window in which they can deliver your goods. This notification is usually sent via email or text which in turn means that you do not have to sit in all day waiting for your package to arrive.

DPD also allow you to change the date or time slot by responding to their email or text should the allotted time and date not be convenient for you.

Please note that while we make every effort to meet our same day dispatch guarantee unfortunately we cannot always predict external factors such as the weather or unexpected events and as such we cannot always guarantee that your package will arrive exactly on time.
